How many cocktails do you need?
Quick rule of thumb: about 2 cocktails per guest. You can mix the flavours any way you like.

The party bar in three moves
Pick 3 or 4 flavours. An aperitif (Spritz Lemon or Americano), a fresh cocktail (Mojito or Moscow Mule) and at least one Free° for anyone driving: that way everybody finds their own.
Keep them cold. Put them in the fridge the night before and, during the party, in a bowl full of ice on the table: everyone helps themselves and you don't have to play bartender.
With a glass or without, your call. With a glass and ice it's the classic bar ritual. In the garden or standing up, unscrew and drink, even with a straw.
